How to pick up your order

  1. Place an order
    You can place your order on the website or the app before or during your trip. Simply choose your pickup location and date, then pay a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price. Keep in mind that orders placed just before pickup may not be processed in time, so it’s recommended to order at least ten days in advance.   2. Scan the QR-code for order confirmation
    Arrive at the pick-up location on the scheduled date and open the pickup QR code on the reservation page using your smartphone or other device. Hold the code over the locker screen to read your customer information. If you don’t have internet on the go during your Japan trip, save the QR code as an image to your phone in advance.
  3. Verify your identity with your passport
    To verify your identity, follow the instructions on the locker screen. An IC-enabled passport is required for verification.
  4. Pay for your items
    In front of the locker, enter the four-digit number displayed on the locker screen, which you can find on the reservation page. Follow the instructions on the screen to pay the balance and retrieve your items.

While these are basic requirements, overlooking any of them could prevent you from receiving your items before you leave Japan. It’s also important to place your order early to ensure that your items are ready for pick-up on the scheduled day.

Also, please note the following when ordering:

Pick-up

  • Only the person who made the reservation can complete the purchase and pick up the items. You’ll need to present the reserved purchaser’s IC-enabled passport and the entry permit sticker attached to the passport at the time of pick-up.
  • The process involves taking a photo of the buyer's face to verify it matches with the passport. The photo will be deleted once the verification is complete.
  • To finalize the purchase, the buyer must log in to their account prior to the payment. If you log in with a different account, even the reserved buyer will not be able to complete the payment.

Cancellation

  • There is no cancellation fee before shipment.
  • After shipment, the reservation fee (20 percent of the product price, including sales tax) is non-refundable.
